How to disable notifications bell icon in Chrome

1. Open Chrome and type the following in the URL bar:
chrome://flags

2. Set the following features to disabled:
Enable Rich Notifications
Enable Experimental UI for Notifications

3. At the bottom of the screen click "Relaunch Chrome".
